You have worked with plants for a while, and have a true passion, but you want to develop yourself further in management. You are trying to find yourself somewhere that will develop your skills and give you the time to learn and grow with the company.

You have been managing a plant area but are now looking for a new challenge with promising things happening in the near future.

What will you be doing?

You will report to the Garden Centre Manager, someone with years of experience and the skills to assist with your development. You will oversee the day-to-day operation within the large plant area, managing the team below yourself and making sure daily tasks are completed.

You will also be maintaining the plants and making sure that stock is looking healthy for the loyal customers coming in, making sure that all plants coming in are good sellers in this area as well as making a note of anything not selling particularly well.

Where will you be doing it?

The business is an independently run company, that works hard to keep that feel in their store. They have a great reputation in the local area and are fan favourites with their customers, they need someone who truly cares about what they do to keep this going.

You will be a current Horticulture Manager who is exceeding expectations and now looking to take on further responsibilities within a large plant area. With a strong team within the plant area, good management skills are required to maintain good teamwork.

We are looking for someone who not only wants to help the centre develop but also develop their own skills going forward.
