This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking for the opportunity to work on high value groundworks and civils projects whilst technically progressing your career and becoming an expert in the industry.

Based in the Manchester office with periodic travel to sites around the North West, you'll collaborate closely with the Commercial, Construction and Technical teams on projects up to £20M. Your key responsibilities will encompass attending pre construction meetings, producing Bill of Quantities, managing monthly valuations, and overseeing cost control measures through to final accounts. This position plays a pivotal role the business, offering clear routes for career progression.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor, with a few years' experience on groundwork and civil engineering projects within the residential sector looking to progress their career and develop their skillset in interesting projects.

The Role:

• Quantity Surveyor
• Office based in Manchester
• Groundwork and Civil Engineering projects, ideally within the residential sector
• Working on a variety of projects up to £20M
• Sociable work environment with a dynamic team.

The Person:

• Quantity Surveying experience in the Groundworks and Civil Engineering industry.
• Good understanding of surveying practices.
• Good attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Full UK driving license willing to travel around the UK
