The Motor Testing and Calibration Engineer will:
- Analyse test data to identify performance trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to monitor and troubleshoot issues.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans for electric fan system.
- Document test procedures, results, and calibration data in detailed technical reports.
- Develop and implement calibration strategies to optimize motor performance and efficiency.
The Motor Testing and Calibration Engineer will have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in electric motor testing and calibration.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. MATLAB, Simulink).
- Broad understanding of electromagnetics & motor control and an understanding of drive system efficiency and performance.
- Experience with dynamometer testing and other motor test equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
