Key Responsibilities
• Assume overall responsibility for the new nursing division.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Supervise, manage, and mentor nursing staff.
• Ensure that patient care meets the highest standards.
• Liaise closely with other healthcare professionals and the administrative team.
Candidate Requirements
• Must be a registered nurse.
• Previous experience as a Deputy, Manager, or Clinical Lead is required.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of nursing procedures and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
