Overview:
Hales Group are recruiting a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our client's team in Thetford. This role is perfect for a driven sales professional looking to excel in a supportive and thriving environment. As a Business Development Executive, you will be pivotal in driving our client's company growth by managing web sales, following warm leads, and upselling service agreements and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Web Sales Management: Manage inbound sales inquiries via the website, providing potential clients with product information and converting leads into sales
- Lead Follow-up: Engage with warm leads, building relationships and understanding customer needs
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell service agreements and renewals, maximising revenue from existing customers
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Experience: Proven experience in Business-to-Business sales. Technical or Engineering sector experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of Xero, Wordpress and Woocommerce would also be advantageous
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
- Results-driven: Strong focus on achieving targets and driving business growth
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- System/Software: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
