Yard Operative

FBR Recruitment are looking for a Yard Operative / Labourer to join one of clients hardworking and dedicated team which is pivotal to the success of the business, supporting their Structures and Civil Engineering sites throughout the South Coast.
The Yard Operative will enjoy working outside in all weathers and have a passion and experience of working with the construction industry.
Duties will include:
Maintaining the yard area to a high standard
Maintaining, loading and unloading formwork and falsework ready for use on site.
Jet washing the plant and machinery and valeting vehicles
Cleaning and preparing cabins and containers
Assisting with the deliveries, maintenance and storage of equipment and materials
Telehandler training will be provided for the right person.
Previous experience working within the construction industry is essential as is a full driving licence and your own transport. A forklift ticket and experience of working with Formwork / Falsework is preferential.
Hours of work are 7.30 to 5pm
Pay Rate: Negotiable
A CSCS Card is essential.
This is Temporary to Permanent position.
