Our client is seeking a Receptionist to join their dynamic team and be the first point of contact for their organisation. Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answering phone calls and transferring calls to the relevant team member
  • Managing the reception area and maintaining a clean and organised workspace
  • Accepting and distributing incoming mail and packages
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
  • Providing information and assistance to clients and visitors

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or hospitality role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional and friendly demeanour
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
