Tasks:

  • Represent clients in court for litigation cases
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases
  • Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing litigation law
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
