Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic sales environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Internal Sales Engineer/Estimator to join their team. In this role, you will handle various sales enquiries (UK and Export), prepare project offers/quotations, and provide supporting documents such as cover letters, compliance statements, system designs, equipment details, and system operation documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and quantifying complete systems accurately.
- Utilising Excel and their in-house IFS software for estimations.
- Conducting margin reviews and occasional site surveys.
- Owning formal tenders, presenting offers confidently.
- Sharing technical project information effectively.
- Researching and preparing technical submission documents.
- Delivering excellent customer service and promoting high standards.
Person Specification:
- Essential: English GCSE (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Quickly grasping our client’s products and IT management system.
- Possession of a current driving licence.
