Job Title: Property Licencing Administration Officer

Location: Ealing, London

Remuneration: Hourly rate £18.04 PAYE / £23.33 Umbrella

Contract Details: Temporary, 3 months (possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:

  • Providing advice and guidance to landlords and agents regarding property licencing and compliance.
  • Efficiently processing licencing applications and ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained.
  • Conducting thorough compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
