Following internal promotion, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Fire Safety Assistant to join our team! With experience in a similar role, you’ll have strong data analysis and administration skills.   

  

You’ll assist our team with…  

  • Delivering a customer focused service in the Fire Safety and wider Property Services Team, operating within target timescales and Muir’s service standards.  

  • Being the main point of contract for internal and external stakeholders and residents to ensure statutory and regulatory fire risk compliance.  

  • Working within timescales to coordinate, record and monitor Fire Risk Assessment actions.  

  

You will be comfortable working with colleagues across our business, in an environment focused on continuous improvement, value for money, learning and innovation. You will support the Muir Group Fire Safety Management programme and team (Compliance, Fire Safety, Property Services and Communities and Customer Service) to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
