Field Operatives Team Leader - Construction / Logistics

Location: Midlands (Ideally applicants will be based in the Midlands or surrounding areas)
Experience Level: Early Career Supervisor
Salary: Starting salary £30k depending on experience
Benefits: Van and fuel card provided after probation period

To empower this expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced and energetic individual to work within our proven team to deliver operational support to our Field Operatives.

Role Requirements

  • CSCS Card
  • Knowledge of Management within the construction sector
  • Experience of working on building sites and with tradesman
  • Full UK Driving Licence

The Role

The role is an integral and positive role ensuring our Field Operatives deliver the standards required to ensure that the business continues to solidly grow, retain customers, and deliver professionally on support, logistics and contractual areas.

Key Focus Areas

  • To support Field Operatives in the key areas of offloading and positioning client’s products, to ensure client satisfaction when servicing new and existing business.
  • To ensure Kaybee Site Services delivers a level of service to our clients that leads to a long-term partnership with the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise field operations in the Midlands region.
  • Plan and schedule tasks to ensure timely project completion.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve goals.
  • Solve problems efficiently and implement solutions promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety practices.
  • Manage and support team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Make informed decisions to drive project success.
