Academics are currently working with an exceptional Secondary school in Eltham that is looking for an amazing Teaching Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the progress of all children to help them achieve individual educational outcomes.
• Supporting the delivery of the national curriculum by working with individual students and small groups within the classroom.
• Supporting teaching and activities for all classes across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
• Following the school's policies and procedures.

Successful Candidates will:

• Have relevant experience in supporting learning across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
• Have a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
• Exhibit a passion for education.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate flexibility.
• Have a fully Enhanced DBS.
