Timeplan education are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable primary school teachers for daily cover and long-term positions.
Job role:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects in the primary curriculum.
- Adapt to various classroom environments and cater to the individual needs of students.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth.
- Follow school policies and procedures, including behaviour management and safeguarding.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Provide constructive feedback and assessments to support student progress.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in primary schools (experience in multiple year groups is advantageous).
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
- A genuine passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives.
