We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join a well-established theatre department within a Norwich based Private Hospital. As an Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Caring for patients undergoing procedures.
  • Providing exemplary planned care within the perioperative stage.
  • Assisting in the management and organisation of care provision within the Scrub/Recovery team.
  • Acting as a Scrub/Recovery Practitioner across various clinical specialities.
  • Working with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Assessing patient needs, implementing, and evaluating their care.

The ideal Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner will have:

  • HCPC registration as an ODP or NMC registration as a Nurse with no restrictions.
  • At least 2 years of Orthopaedics Scrubbing experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility to work across different specialities on rotation.
