To support the service with answering telephone calls and entering information on to our children's case management systems.
What is the day-to-day of the role:
- Answering telephone calls
- Entering data/information onto a database
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Great telephone manner
- Previous work in a social care setting is ideal
- Experience speaking with members of the public and professionals on the phone
