Streamline Recruitment are currently dealing with a M&E contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their commercial projects ranging from £500,000 - £4,000,000.
The contractor are looking for someone who can oversee the full project from first phases to handover and will be working alongside two other contracts managers.

Duties
- Reporting with other M&E contractors
- Will have design & build experience
- Overseeing projects in Central London
- Responsible for financials of the scheme
- Must have commercial experience
- Projects will be from £500,000 - £4,000,000
- Working on multiple projects at once
- In charge of a project team including Mechanical Project Managers & Engineers
