Privately owned Property Consultancy is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to be based in Bristol.

THE COMPANY

My client has a strong presence in the South West region and employs 35 members of staff. They have a fantastic reputation with clients and have relationships that date back over 30 years. They also have a relaxed and vibrant company culture and have created an inclusive and enjoyable office environment. Projects are across a number of sectors including Retail, Residential, Health, Education and Commercial.

THE POSITION

Due to their ambitious growth plans they are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol office. The Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to be the client lead on some of the companies key projects whilst working under some experienced professionals. Due to the long term succession plans the business has in place, the appointed individual will also be given a unique opportunity to progress to senior level and be given excellent RICS training if required.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Quantity Surveyor must:

  • Have a relevant degree 
  • Have good communication and client facing skills
  • Have some experience at a minimum of Assistant level working within a Consultancy or Main Contractor
