Role: Electrical Estimator
Location: Northampton Based
Salary: In Description
CR Services ltd are currently working with a leading m&e contractor based in the United Kingdom, the company themselve's are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator, to add value to a number of residential projects (Valued between £1m to £50m)
Key Responsibilties
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Calculate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates and bid proposals.
- Communicate with suppliers for pricing and negotiate terms.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Use specialized estimating software for accuracy and efficiency.
- Evaluate completed projects for future estimate improvements.
- Interact with clients to understand requirements and provide advice.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in electrical estimating
- Knowledge of electrical knowledge
- Strong analytical, mathematical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams with high attention to detail.
