Delta Personnel are searching for a Credit Controller in Lancing
We are currently seeking an Credit Controller to join our clients team based in Lancing. This position is with a prominent national manufacturing company known for its dedication to excellence and innovation. Initially, this is a three-month contract role.
Site times: 08:30 - 17:00.
Work From Home: Yes. To be discussed with client directly.
Duties
- Managing and collecting debts from company debtors
- Setting up the terms of credit for new clients
- Negotiating payment plans
- Ensuring timely payment of debts
- Processing invoices
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions
- Resolving any invoice queries or disputes
- Liaising with customers and the sales team
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office environment
- Strong knowledge of billing and collections procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
