Duties for this Deputy Ward Manager role include:
  • Apply relevant policies and statutory requirements within the hospital framework of governance
  • Supervise the nursing team and contribute to their overall CPD, mandatory training and appraisal process
  • Act as a role model to promote a culture of learning development
  • Engage in collaborative problem solving
