Sales Administrator 

Contract Oppertunity 

Paying up to £12.15 per hour 

Permanent role based in Derby commutable from Coalville, Ashby de la zouch, Nottingham, Ilkeston and surrounding areas 

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Order Processing / Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team.

Interviewing immediately

Start time 07.00. Finish time 15.45. Monday to Thursday

Start time 06.30. Finish time 12.30. Friday.

Overtime paid at a premium

JOB PURPOSE

Promote health & safety in the workplace, 
Ensure that orders are inputted accurately in the agreed format,

work to strict deadlines

Deal with after sales issues, complaints and customer queries
Complete goods return notes
Ensure that customer queries are responded to in accordance with the companies SLA
Proactively work to obtain sales orders
Undertake routine administrative tasks like filing, emailing, photocopying, printing
Provide product knowledge and  be able to answer queries to customers 
Provide support to other departments when required
Ensure effective department and cross departmental communication at all times.

• Good administrative skills
• Good background in Sales
