Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager

We have an opportunity for a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager to join us at Honeywell, in Leicester, where you will be responsible for supporting HSE across a number of highly regulated, cutting-edge, and government authority contracts. You will act as the face of Honeywell HSE for our key accounts, ensuring that all health, safety, and environmental standards are met and exceeded.

This role will spend around 80% of time at UK customer locations, including Liverpool and Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships within HSE 
  • Manage KPIs (TCIR, playbook implementation, audit results)
  • Coach and mentor site-based staff on HSE topics
  • Respond to urgent issues (business continuity / disaster recovery / incidents)
  • Ensure Compliance to Honeywell corporate HSE requirements and key legislative requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Nebosh Diploma
  • IOSH Grad (Cert IOSH), Chartered Preferred
  • FM hard services background
  • Accident and investigation and root cause analysis 
  • ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO9001 auditing standards
