About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team. This role offers a competitive salary of £100 – £120 per day and is a full-time, long-term position. The vacancy has arisen due to the expansion of our team to better support our growing student body.

You will work with a small class size, providing focused attention and tailored support to ensure every child reaches their full potential. This role stands out due to the supportive environment, opportunities for professional development, and the chance to make a real impact on students’ lives.

Application Requirements:

• A relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.

• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, particularly in KS1 and KS2.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons.

• Leading small group sessions and providing one-on-one support.

• Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment.

• Preparing and organising teaching materials and resources.
