Quick Staff UK, a leading independent recruitment agency in South Wales specialising in the manufacturing and packaging sector, is currently seeking a small team of dedicated Production Operators to join its client in the Ystrad Mynach area. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organisation that values excellence and innovation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components using automated processes
• Carrying out quality control on products
• Working toward daily shift targets
• Completion of paperwork relating to finished products

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in a production environment is preferred
• Good attention to detail
• Good hand-to-eye coordination
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team

Hours of work:
7.00am - 3.00pm Monday to Friday
(37.5hrs per week)

This is a long-term role. Full training will be provided.
