Do you have strong customer service skills? Confident on the phone with great attention to detail? Then this position could be for you! I'm looking for an additional head for my clients team, supporting sales executives with quotes, and engineers with remedial work information.

Responsibilities:

• Provide repair and remedial quotations for call outs and maintenance.
• Assist engineers in gathering job details and maintain high standards by reporting back to coordinators.
• Send quotations to customers and follow up accordingly.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and offer additional sales opportunities.
• Provide general customer service updates, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keep the CRM system updated with relevant information for efficient parts ordering.
• Manage the quotes submitted tab on the CRM System to ensure efficient workflow.
• Process all quotes within agreed SLAs.
• Assist with any other duties as required.
