Payroll and HR administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll and HR Administrator to join a fast growing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of HR and payroll processes. In collaboration with the Senior Payroll Administrator you will maintain accurate employee information and deliver high quality support for the payroll and HR department.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Ensure accurate data for payroll processing for both weekly and monthly employees
- Input pay-related data into the payroll system.
- Maintain attendance records for sickness and absence.
- Deputise for the Senior Payroll Administrator in their absence.
- Prioritise tasks to ensure accuracy of HR procedures and documentation and payroll inputs.
- Generate essential HR documents, such as contracts of employment.
- Assist the HR Manager in robust data management and reporting
Profile of a Successful Candidate:
- Minimum of 1 year of payroll administration experience.
- Working knowledge of HR practices.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and v-lookup.
