Excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Team Leader to undertake a 12+month contract for one of the largest manufacturers in the world.

This multinational is currently seeking a Maintenance Lead to coach, mentor, and develop their in-house staff and oversee the decommissioning of the site in the long run.

It will initially be a 12month contract with a high likelihood of extension as they relocate assets to Europe.

An ideal applicant will come from a strong maintenance background with excellent leadership capabilities and relevant industry experience.

The company are run as a SME but part of one of the largest manufacturers in the world, promoting a close knit & inclusive working environment. This site is currently undergoing consultation, and we are seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee the transition over the next 12-36months.

In this role you will be responsible for the leadership of a team of multi skilled engineers, overseeing maintenance strategies and working closely with the Head of Operations in the eventual decommissioning of the site.

*Maintenance Team Leader / Manager
