Job Description

As Receptionist, you will provide a welcoming and efficient front-of-house reception service, ensuring the highest possible level of customer service at all times, with the aim of delivering a five-star experience.

This is a part-time role, working 26 hours per week with the following schedule: Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM.

Your role is integral to our placemaking ethos, driving a key part of the customer experience.

As Receptionist, you will be the main point of contact for all visitors, staff, and contractors entering the building.

As an ambassador of exceptional customer service, you will represent our client with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring seamless coordination and resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the front of house duties
  • Greeting all visitors promptly, completing all related security procedures, and offering all appropriate services to ensure exceptional workplace experience, for customers/clients/colleagues
  • Logging all visitors and contractors in and issuing passes
  • Collaborating with the help desk team to log issues/reactive faults
  • As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring all site procedures and standards are met
  • Taking ownership of all workplace areas ensuring a high standard of presentation cleanliness and functionality throughout

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Hospitality/customer service experience with strong customer service focus
  • Facilities management experience
  • Experience using systems such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Highly motivated with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills (English - written and spoken)
  • Good time management
  • Excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude
