Site Manager - Affordable Housing Main Contractor
Exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to work with one of the leading Affordable Housing Main Contractors, to lead an external refurbishment project constituting of windows and roof in Camden.
The role:
We are seeking a motivated and experience Site Manager to lead and manage roofing and window installation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all site activities.
- Oversee cladding installation processes and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager with a focus on window replacements and window installation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Relevant construction management qualifications or certifications.
