Job Title: Contacts Manager- Commercial
Location: Kent based
Salary: £70,000-£75,000 + package
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all contract management activities for multiple construction projects.
- Manage design and build contracts from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and progress to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
- Resolve any contract disputes or issues that arise promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong background in design and build projects.
- Excellent client interface and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, regulations, and compliance.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
