Project Manager
Fit Out – Interiors – Refurbishment – Drylining – Joinery – Commercial Build
An exciting opening has come up for us and one of our clients within the construction industry. They are growing their project delivery team and have some projects that are running over the next decade.
The Role
- Guiding the development of project strategic programs and monitor progress against.
- Supporting all on site quality control, coordination of benchmarks and liaison with the construction supervisors.
- Assisting in the day-to-day liaison with the neighboring building owners and other relevant authorities.
- Reviewing the contractor method statements/risk assessments.
- Agreeing in short terms programs with the contractor.
- Assessing the contractors’ monthly applications for payment
- Previous Project Management experience working for a main contractor
- Previous experience working challenging refurbishment projects in London
- SMSTS
- Gold/Black CSCS card
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management is desirable
- First aid at work
- Previous experience Project managing refurbishment projects in similar sector
