About the Role:

We are excited to announce two full-time opportunities for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team. These roles offer a fantastic chance to work in a dynamic and supportive educational environment where you will make a significant impact on the learning and development of our pupils.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Learning: Assist teachers in delivering high-quality education, supporting individual students and small groups to help them achieve their learning goals.
  • Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, supporting behaviour management strategies.
  • Resource Preparation: Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources to facilitate effective learning.
  • Pupil Engagement: Work closely with pupils to encourage participation and engagement in classroom activities.
  • One-to-One Support: Provide targeted support for students with additional needs, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
  • Progress Monitoring: Help track and monitor pupils' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Extra-Curricular Activities: Support and participate in extra-curricular activities and school events.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties as required, including maintaining records and preparing reports.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within a school setting is desirable.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Knowledge: A good understanding of the National Curriculum and the role of a Teaching Assistant in supporting learning and development.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a range of tasks and responsibilities.
