Sales Consultant

Location: Peterborough

Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00am-17:30pm

Hourly Rate / Salary: £26,000-£32,000 + 10% commission (no barrier)

Busy Bee Recruitment are seeking a friendly, confident, and driven Sales Consultant to come and join our client’s team based in Peterborough assisting the company with their business development! This is the perfect opportunity for someone with previous sales experience looking for the next step in their career.

Our client is looking for a Sales Consultant who can hit the ground running and who is able to maintain and build excellent professional relationships with new and existing clients!

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with clients to encourage back to back business.
• To achieve revenue and gross profit sales targets
• To account manage and conduct regular meetings to upsell services
• To work efficiently using online technology to make life easier for your clients and their customers.
• To canvass new business from current client database.
• To inspire junior sales consultants, in return leveraging them as a source of new business leads.
• Managing and negotiating the progress of all sales to meet the customer’s requirements.
• Account management.
• Managing sales admin duties.

What we are looking for:

• Previous sales experience preferably within IT service / support or cloud technology platforms
• Ability to work to deadlines and targets
• Right to work in the UK
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Self-motivated attitude
• Competent in Microsoft Office
