Credit Control 

Our client, based in Wyboston are looking to recruit a Credit Controller on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is a part time position 

From you 

• Must have excellent computer skills
• Proficient using Microsoft packages, including Excel, Outlook and Word
• Must have high attention to detail 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Duties

• Maintaining customer records, keeping them accurate 
• Prepare invoices and credit notes, ready to send to customers 
• Build and maintain rapport with customers and stakeholders 
• Monitor accounts receivable 
• Contact customers to chase on outstanding payments 
• Run credit check reports and set up new accounts 
• Completing any other ad hoc tasks as they arise.

Experience 

Previous Sales Ledger experience would be a bonus.

Past experience working in a construction/ manufacturing environment would be ideal but is not a deal breaker. 

Hours

10am-3pm Monday to Thursday, 

This can be flexible provided 15-25 hours are completed each week
