Our Client Provides specialist healthcare facilities to the NHS and private healthcare companies.

As a Marketing Manager (Graphic Design), your main responsibilities will include:

 Develop and implement a marketing strategy for both businesses.

 Manage the marketing team efficiently in line with the overall strategy of the businesses.

 Measure and regularly present and report activity and summarise statistics against goals over monthly, quarterly, and annual periods as required.

 Work closely with the sales teams to create and project manage relevant campaigns from idea creation right through to inception and relevant follow up reporting.

 Produce valuable and engaging content for websites, blogs and case studies that are attractive to the target audience.

 Manage the websites of both businesses including the implementation of any changes where applicable.

 Audit the websites and content in line with SEO maximising their abilities to be accessible.

 Experimenting with a variety of organic and paid channels, such as pay per click campaigns, publicity, and lead generation

  Oversee and approve marketing material produced by the team.

 Analyse and review opportunities within the sectors and consumer behaviour accordingly.

 Production of sales and marketing collateral including; Brochures, Flyers, Email templates, Case studies, and Presentations.

 Lead the marketing team with social media, website design, exhibitions, and other visual materials.

 Making recommendations and putting forward new ideas for any design related marketing.

 Design activities associated with client sales proposals and quotations.

 Assist senior management in future sales and marketing activities.

Skills/ Experience:

 Previous experience (minimum 2 years) within a similar role is essential (healthcare/finance sector is desired but not essential.

 Preferably an Upper Second-Class degree in Marketing/Graphic Design or any related field.

 Experience with management of a marketing team is essential.

 Experience of website management including a range of content management systems such as WordPress.

 Knowledge and experience with Google Ads and Search Engine Optimisation.

 Knowledge of web analytic tools such as Google Analytics.

 Ability to write and create engaging content.

 Ability to work and produce material independently and as part of a team.

 Proficient in the use of design-based applications such as Adobe Creative to include illustrator, photoshop and InDesign as an example.

 Be able to communicate and collaborate, accurately, and convincingly at all levels.

 Ability to think creatively and deliver impressive concepts.

 Quality assurance. Ensuring design and marketing material is accurate and proofread.

 Strong time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.

 Full and clean UK driving licence.

The successful candidate will be oƯice based, situated in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire but may occasionally be expected to spend time at the offices and factory of our manufacturing partner, based in the South West, respectively.
