Salary: £55,000 PA

Home-based with some travel to Head Office in Potters Bar and operational sites nationwide   

An exiting opportunity has arisen to play a key role within the Compliance & Quality Team at Caretech.

If you have a proven track record within policy and key stakeholder management within a highly regulated environment we would love to hear from you.

You will have key responsibility for a range of areas including;

• Managing and maintaining an effective framework of policies and procedures which are up to date, effective and meet legislative, regulatory and operational requirements.
• Oversight of sector-related policy
• Ongoing review and updating of regulation and legislation implications for the organisation
• Management of policy platform/hub(s)
• Sector stakeholder management
• QI strategic projects as required

As a member of the C&Q Team for Caretech you will play a key role in supporting our operational divisions (both children's and adults) in their delivery of excellent care and education.
