We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Learning & Development Officer to join the flagship site of a sector-leading food manufacturer.

This is a new role for the business and offers an excellent opportunity to help shape the L&D function, supporting in the design, development and delivery of leadership and development training.

The L&D Officer will partner with the senior leadership team to ensure that the business delivers on its core aim of ‘Developing our People’ – looking beyond operational training into identifying skills gaps and designing training packages.

Established over 30 years ago, the business is a market-leading, multi-site food business with ambitious sustainability, social and environmental goals.

The business is open to sector experience, this role is more about being an energetic, self-motivated L&D professional, with a passion for holistic training and an ability to engage with people at all levels.

Reporting into the Group Head of L&D, the role comes with a competitive salary and hybrid working is available.
