Set in the New Forest National Park with winding forest trails and expansive heathland, Green Hill Holiday Village offers dog-friendly holidays and ownership opportunities for families wanting to get back to nature. We are looking for someone to work back of house in our pizzeria kitchen.

Pay:             Up to £14.00 per hour

Contract:     Seasonal contract to the end of October

Hours:          Full time (40+ hours per week)

Shifts:          Between 1.00pm and 10/11.00pm

Days:           5 to 6 per week including weekends

Live In:        Not available with this role

What will you do?

  • Run the kitchen during shifts
  • Prepare the kitchen for service
  • Cook food to specification for a menu consisting mainly of stone-baked pizzas, burgers, fries and salads
  • Complete non-cooking tasks such as labelling, temperature checks and completing documentation
  • Maintain level of cleanliness of work areas, wash up and clean catering equipment
  • Work collaboratively across the whole park team

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has a passion for food. Prior experience of cooking and running a shift would be ideal, however, this is not essential as we can provide full training for the role for the right person.
