Digital Marketing Officer

An exciting new opening for a talented Digital Marketing Officer has arisen to join our clients’ busy and friendly team based in Ashford, with a view to a long-term career.

Duties for this Digital Marketing Officer role include but are not limited to:

• Plan, create, and run paid advertising campaigns particularly across Meta.
• Research and recommend other potential platforms to enhance advertising strategy.
• Develop the necessary ad copy, graphics, and other materials for paid campaigns.
• Set up and oversee Google Ads campaigns, including both search and display ads.
• Generate regular reports to analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Work with various teams to provide support and meet their advertising needs.
• Design and refine website content and landing pages, including web forms, for key campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to find opportunities and guide SEO strategies.
• Track and report on website search analytics to improve site performance and visibility.
• Use analytics and audience research to refine activities, target new audiences, and increase conversions.

The successful candidate for this role will have:

• Proven track record of creating and running successful online campaigns.
• Experience in paid social advertising, particularly on Meta platforms
• Keen eye for data analysis and reporting.
• Previous experience using WordPress and/or Drupal is desirable

• Working understanding of Google Ads, including both search and display.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude.
