A leading distributor of heating products and spares is looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where you can make an impact and build strong B2B relationships with customers.

The business you'll be joining has a fantastic reputation in the heating industry and is known for their high-quality products and exceptional service. They are part of a market-leading £1 billion UK distribution group who already employ over 1,700 people throughout the UK.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the heating spares sector to expand customer base and boost revenue.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, attend face-to-face meetings locally and occasionally nationally.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business development.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations showcasing products and services to potential clients.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.

Requirements

To be successful in this Area Sales Manager role, you should have:

  • The ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and prioritise tasks effectively
