An experienced construction Contracts Manager who has a strong background in interiors and fit out, is now needed by a growing and well-connected Construction Contractor.
With the HQ in West Berkshire, the Contracts Manager will have a hybrid working option.
The Contracts Manager Role
The successful Contracts Manager will lead multiple teams, delivering successful projects within the Commercial/Workspace sector.
The Contracts Manager will work on projects between £500K to £3M.
You will have the support from the Construction Director, providing autonomy to drive your team’s performance.
Due to the end clients demanding high spec and quality materials, the Contracts Manager should set themselves high standards.
The requirements
- Circa 8 years within Project Management of construction sites
- Clear Commercial Fit Out knowledge would be a benefit
- Working within the CAT A,A+ and B space
- Programme understanding (MS Office, ASTA, Primavera)
- Contract understanding from £500K - £3M
- Experience managing junior members of staff.
- Experience supporting multiple departments.
- Strong eye for details – Projects will consist of high-quality materials.
