Associate Building Surveyor - A real estate firm with an extensive portfolio!

An independent real estate consultancy, based in the heart of London are seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join their dilapidations focused arm to the business.

This is an opportunity for a well-seasoned Associate Building Surveyor with extensive dilapidations experience, who can manage existing clients, as well as develop new ones.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will work with both landlords and tenants clients, across the commercial sector, providing dilapidation advice, as well as carrying out project monitoring.

As the chosen Associate Building Surveyor you'll work closely with junior Building Surveyors to support with their training, whilst also delivering schemes and creating new business.

Person specification

This role will suit an Associate Building Surveyor with vast experience, who is keen to continue progressing and specialising with a business.

  • MRICS qualified
  • RICS accredited degree
  • A commercial consultancy background
  • Dilapidations specialist/ extensive experience
  • Strong business development ability
  • Good communicative skills - both written and verbal
