Role Overview: As a Property Management Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal performance and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to identify and address any issues.
  • Liaise with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial performance.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide detailed reports and updates to clients and senior management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of property management processes and practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • MRICS qualified, APC Studier or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in property management, preferably within a commercial or mixed-use portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge of property management best practices, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Full UK driving license.
