Business Analyst - Hybrid

£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus Scheme

The role

The Business Analysis team work across the entire business with stakeholders of all different levels. It is your responsibility to identify required changes and enhance many of the systems and processes across the business to support further growth.

Strong business analyst experience and skills will be required, with demonstrable experience of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

The projects will vary so any experience working on technology projects across Web/Digital, Finance, Warehouse, Supply Chain projects are highly advantageous.

The role does also have a preference for more Waterfall experience.

Must-haves

• Stakeholder management at all levels
• A background and experience in all aspects of the Product Development Lifecycle
• Working with both internal and 3rd party partners
• Modelling techniques -UML, Use Cases/Epics, API interface modelling
• The ability to articulate well, think proactively and actively seek to enhance knowledge
• UK Residency / ILR status
