A medium sized Construction & Property Consultancy, with 6 offices nationwide, is looking to expand its Bury team with the addition of a strong Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a tight knit but established team of six Quantity Surveyors, working on a variety of exciting upcoming Healthcare projects.

Initially focused on healthcare, the firm's diverse portfolio also includes Residential, Commercial Office, Education, Leisure, Hotel, Social Housing, and Retail projects, providing a rich and varied experience. This diversity is particularly beneficial for those pursuing chartership.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will collaborate closely with the Directors, receiving guidance, mentorship, and training opportunities to achieve MRICS. As well as being granted the flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity, split between the office, site and home 2x days a week.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or other RICS Accredited degree
• Must have: Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• Valid UK driving license
• A successful track record working independently, leading projects from inception to completion
• The desire for more autonomy and flexibility
