As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for a range of activities including kit receiving, replenishment, and outbound tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving returned kits from our courier on a daily basis.
• Organising returns based on franchise and instrument segregation.
• Checking kits for accuracy, paperwork, and flagging any issues immediately.
• Picking kits for shipment to customers with precision and efficiency.
• Collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately.
• Maintaining excellent communication and striving to process daily customer shipments swiftly and efficiently.
• Replenishing loan kits to meet departmental KPIs, ensuring all incomplete kits are replenished and properly prepared for shipment.
• Processing sale or return items.
• Acting as a process guide, supporting kit operational processes and ensuring smooth transportation.
