Everyone employed by a school must have an upgraded DBS on file with the updating service. If you don't, we can help by providing you with a direct application link. An OSPC (Overseas Police Check) is required if you have worked abroad for more than six months in the last five years. All school environments will need to have these as a safeguarding measure.

Positions available:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Teachers

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience in teaching with a strong track record of student achievement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.

Unqualified Teachers

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering lessons under the guidance of a qualified teacher.
  • Support students in their learning and development.
  • Help with classroom management and administrative tasks.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A desire to pursue a career in teaching.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Enthusiasm and dedication to student learning

Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students in the classroom, helping them to access the curriculum.
  • Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Support students with their social and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Special Educational Needs Learning Support Assistant (SEN LSA)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of IEPs.
  • Support students with a range of needs, including physical, emotional, and learning difficulties.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and external specialists to ensure appropriate support is provided.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Knowledge of different SEN conditions and strategies to support them.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
