Fantastic opportunity within a widely known retail business in the Worksop area to work as a Finance Assistant within their vibrant accounts department!
Sharp Consultancy are working alongside a reputable retail business, of which have development plans within the company to grow their presence further. They are on the lookout for someone with experience within a Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger role to assist their team on a temporary basis.
You will be reporting into the Transactional Finance Manager throughout this role, of which will conclude after approximately 3 months. This is a great opportunity to develop your skillset and broaden your sector experience. Additionally, there is the potential to gain a permanent contract at the end of your temporary appointment!
This role includes:
-Maintaining the Sales and Purchase Ledger functions
-Inputting invoices onto the system
-3-way matching of invoices
-Reconciling supplier statements
-Processing payments
-Preparing sales invoices
Skills and experience:
-Experience working within a similar role.
-Ability to communicate well across a finance function
-Experience using Excel at a good standard
