Full time Night Nurse for newly refurbished Residential/Nursing Home

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of residents in a newly refurbished care home? We are currently seeking a Night Nurse to join our team in Clacton, providing exceptional care to individuals in a 16-bed residential and nursing setting.

Position:  Night Nurse

Location: Clacton

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans and preferences.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor residents' vital signs and assess their overall health condition regularly.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.

Requirements:

- Valid nursing qualification and registration (PIN)

- Enhance DBS 

- Previous experience in a nursing home or residential care setting preferred

- Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
